Shipping & Returns Policy

Lead Times:

All orders ship out from our offices within 7-10 business days after payment has been received for your order. Lead times are not guaranteed and subject to change during busier times of year and times that our office is closed. Please be patient as we work hard to create your order and get it ready to ship within our 10 day business day turnaround time.

Shipping:

We pride ourselves on producing high-quality custom apparel and delivering them on time. All items are made to order and will be ready to ship out or be picked up within 7-10 business days.

All orders ship via USPS.  Once the package has been shipped, True Meaning Apparel is not responsible for loss or damages to items. Please contact USPS directly for any issues regarding your shipment. 

Returned Shipments:

If your shipment comes back to our office for any reason, we can ship out again for an additional shipping fee. To avoid returned shipments, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout or get in touch with us before your order ships. Once the shipment goes out the door, we are not able to adjust shipments or delivery addresses.

Local Pick-Up:

Online orders are all fulfilled from our Glendale, AZ office and can be picked up from the appropriate location.  To pick up your order, select local pick up instead of shipping at check-out. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up. No need to schedule a pick up time, you can grab it as soon as you get your pick up email. 

 School Orders:

If your order is a School order, the order will be dropped off at the appropriate School to the Coach or appropriate contact. Please check with the appropriate contact or Coach for your order. The front desk staff is not responsible for your order.

Late Delivery

We do not offer any refunds for orders that arrive late or not when you expected them. We have stated clearly on the order confirmation email that our processing time is approx 7 to 10 business days and during holiday periods this can be extended up to 4 weeks. The processing time DOES NOT include weekends, public holidays or the Christmas week break. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays or items not arriving on time for BIRTHDAYS or CHRISTMAS for obvious reasons.

Damages

True Meaning Apparel is not responsible for loss or damage to packages in transit. To file a damage claim, fill out the following forms for USPS. You may need to retain the package until the claim is approved. A separate order will need to be placed to replace damaged goods. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.

REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, True Meaning Apparel does not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide all information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs.

Please note, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct color/size/length combination is chosen, within each product listing. WE WILL NOT be held responsible for incorrect choices.

Damages

If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. If you have received incorrect or faulty items we will work with you to sort out the easiest way to rectify the issue! Unfortunately, we are only human and mistakes and mishaps can happen. Each order issue will be addressed individually.
